T Health Spa Vs T Health Spa – What’s the Difference?

Sauna T Health Spa has been known as a haven for those who are into holistic treatments. They say that this is the best place where one can get all of the relaxations he needs after a long day at work or school. However, guests who have visited often complain about how their spas are not able to give them a good enough massage or a good night’s sleep. They claim that the therapists are not knowledgeable enough about the skin or they do not know how to deal with their clients’ health issues properly. Worse, the health centers in themselves are not able to deliver the services they promise. Here are some of the health tips shared by patrons who regularly visit the T Health Spa:

o Insurance – Most people are aware of health insurance and they go for it when they avail of groups. But, they do not realize that they are only paying for the service of the masseuse or the therapist. The rest of the bill, such as the price of the treatments and the cleaning materials, are going to the spa itself. Therefore, before you sign on to the group, check whether the price includes the price of the message. It might be that you will end up paying for additional services that you did not expect to be included in the first place. In this case, you may want to consider going to a different spa where you can enjoy a full range of spa services without having to fork out extra money for a massage.

o Price Issue – Most customers have a hard time telling the difference between a discount. But, what they do not know is that they actually get less value for their money when they go for a discount spa service. Since they do not have the option of a massage therapist to come in and do a deep tissue massage, they are subject to be treated to the most basic services. On the other hand, if you go for a full service, you will definitely enjoy better services, since you will have a lot more options to choose from. The same applies to sleeping rooms.

o Late fees – One of the main complaints of spa clients is that they end up paying for a lot of unnecessary services, but they did not expect to. One of the most common services offered by many of Spa centers is a Swedish massage. Yes, it sounds exotic, but the truth is that a Swedish massage is nothing more than a standard massage that you can get at any other spa. The only thing that sets it apart from a regular massage is the fact that you will get some lavender oil and not just some old off the rack oil. A Swedish massage is not as sensual as a pedicure or a facial, but it sure is pretty damn hot! That is why most clients end up paying for too much of a thing.

o No steam room – Last but not least, those who signed up for the group may find out that there are no hot tubs or steam rooms available for them to use. Not sure if this is a deal-breaker or not? Did you know that many spas have spa and steam rooms available? These are both very popular features of a spa and while they do add value to your day, they don’t really have anything to do with your health.

o Unusual “scrub sessions” – Many Korean spa customers complain about the fact that they are forced to pay for two different treatments, one in a private wet area, and one in the public wet area. It is an unfortunate practice because those who are paying for these extra features are in no way doing themselves any favors. You have to ask yourself, what are you paying for? If you are going to spend money on a private wet area, then you should also be able to enjoy two different massage sessions that are just as good.

o Cold Pool – Do you really want to have a cold water massage in a cold pool? Well, a cold pool has its benefits but is not something that you need when you are getting a deep tissue massage. Also, a cold pool is not sanitary, so you may want to think twice before booking a treatment at a Korean spa with a cold pool. It is definitely an option if you are up for a long soak, but don’t expect the therapist to sanitize the pool or do any kind of deep tissue work on you.

o No showers – A spa that does not allow you access to the showers is almost worse than not having any showers at all! I know that some people like to take showers before and after their massage, but you do deserve a little privacy just like everyone else. Some spas will let you access the shower from the locker area, but many of them do not. In addition, you can expect to pay quite a bit more for a spa with showers, because you are paying for the convenience of the showers versus the privacy of the sleeping room.
